I am Maria Jose Heredia the founder of MJ Life Coaching. I am an accredited life and career coach. I provide services to individuals and organizations with the mission of helping my clients unlock their true potential and achieve greater fulfillment in their lives and careers. My offerings include personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching workshops, trainings and conferences. I received my coaching training from one of the world's most reputable coaching schools, ICA (International Coaching Academy), graduating from a program certified by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

I hold a bachelor's business degree and have accumulated nearly ten years of experience in strategic corporate positions. My successful work experience, top-notch coaching education, and personal transformation journey equip me with a perfect blend of empathy, know-how, and strategic mindset—skills that form the recipe for my unique coaching model based on action and measurable results.
